Planet 7 Casino payout run around
requested a payout on March 9th and was told all the paperwork had not been received. resent it all and on the 12th was told they had it all and would forward it to accounting, called on the 15th and was told by a manager that he was escalating it and I should receive a email once approved. Never got a email from them and on the 22nd it was approved and was told I would receive my check no later then March 29. Still no check and when i talked to them on the 30th was told it would be monday before they knew anything. Called in today April 2nd and was told it was sent to the finance department and that it would now take 2-3 business days before they will know anything. According to there own site it states that once approved it will take 7 days to receive payment . now they are says it takes 7 business days which is not what there site states. Any way it is over the seven days and still nothing and all they do is give you the run around and say where sorry but be patience. my patience is running low with them at this point.

Since when I know other people that have gotten checks from planet 7 before and that is what i asked for was a check not a bank transfer.
So the run around keeps going on and on. Know with another issue. Was told all the paperwork was received and the withdrawl was approved. and now you are telling me that you can't send money to AZ which is in the USA. which is a approved country to play at your casino.How many more days until i know and is it days or business days

Very frustrated with Planet 7 Casino! We were finally approved for our cash in of a mere $200 back on May 2, 2012. We were told it would arrive in 7-10 days. Well, it's June 8, 2012 and we are still waiting for our "Overnight Express" check. We have been calling twice a week and keep getting a song and dance - we were first told it had finally shipped two weeks ago - never showed up. Then we were told that it was going to ship very soon. We asked for a tracking number, a manager told us that he would have a tracking number the next day - of course, no tracking number. We were then told the tracking number would be available next week - no tracking number. This week we were told the tracking number would be available Thursday (yesterday) no tracking number. Today, they said the tracking number would be available "for sure" next week on Monday. OK, it's abundantly clear they don't intend to pay us. Planet 7 casino was very quick to take our money but for some reason can't seem to part with a mere $200 cash in! Help Please! We are tired of dealing with these people and just want our payment of $200 Thanks
