Around the end of june, first of july i downloaded planet 7, went online with $77 free ,played for hours, had a wonderful time. i won, played the playthrough with $900 ahead, played down to $600 and hit a jackpot, giving me around $3300.00. next day i put in for payout, faxed documents, was told everything looked good. A week later i was told i could only have $154 , double the $77; i didn't like it but changed my withdrawal and played the rest away. i have waited since july 8 when it was shown as withdrawal to be paid. the live chat lady is always the same one and just gets smart with me. can you help.??? thanks for listening.

This is karensg, letting you know planet 7 is offering no satisfaction, I called twice and met with the same rude uncooperative behavior from customer support. Yes I have had approval since july 8th but no one will help me with details of how to get the Neteller account, I'm still waiting 2 months later for details to be emailed to me. Paulie M. has not responded to my email, he ask me to contact him. And for some reason overnight express-check is listed but not an option. And no, they will not redeposit the withdrawal, it's stuck in limbo.

Sorry by a casino and my computer crashed.


Just got a new one. As soon as i get my monthly check i will open one of the accounts. I was trying neteller and i had to be referred by a casino, and i was having trouble because i haven't been a depositing customer except with the Go group., who doesn't use Neteller.
