I cashed out two weeks ago today for 600.00. Lost a LOT more than that playing here.

I am getting the run around about the withdrawal. Seven days to approve, seven days to pay. Today is SEVEN days. Called yesterday told me I would get a check from either the mail, UPS or FED EX they did not know, What???? So then I chatted. She said I would have to contact accounting. So I emailed again, NO RESPONSE. Emailed the manager, no RESPONSE.

Then I called today and they told me they would contact someone at Seven Oaks or something I don't play there. I would hear something in 24 hours. ANOTHER 24 hours.

Do these people really PAY???­???­???­???­??????? Called after that and they told me to email payouts which I did. No response. I could contact the VIP manager. Emailed not response. I am done with these people.

Still nothing. I have been told so many lies it is unbelievable. The money is in my account. It will be sent by mail. It will be sent by UPS. It will be sent FED EX. Come on people, what is it??????This has been the worst casino I have ever played. It was sent to the processors, it wasn't sent to the processors yet. Well what is it????? Is this a scam? I am beginning to think it is. I played at another casino and won and the money was to me in five days. Not 21 days and counting. I have emailed the manager whoever that is and NEVER get a response. Who is running this show anyway. Do I sound mad, well I am.

I don't know who these people are but they are not playing fair here.

I know that is not true. I was told that when a check is sent I would receive an email that it was being sent and how with tracking numbers. I have HEARD nothing. So I know this is a lie as usual. Where are the tracking numbers and how was it sent??????? If it was indeed sent.

Payment was processed on 12/5/2012 4:52:24 PM. Once third party processor sends the casino the tracking number you will receive an email and will be contacted.

No check received. No tracking numbers have been sent. I was TOLD three times this check was MAILED on December 5. I was told it would be sent FED EX, I was told it would be sent UPS. That was SIX days ago. Was it sent by CAMEL? I do not think there is a check. This is ridiculous. No answers, the same reply. I played at other casinos and received my winnings in four to five days. Not a MONTH.

I am not getting any check. Are you kidding???? This is a joke. It will be a MONTH tomorrow and nothing. This is ridiculous. I am VERY MAD and will never play at the Planet 7 casino again. They should be closed. No way does it take a month to pay out 600.00, It is not like I won a BIG Jackpot so I don't know what is taking so long. Where is this check???? I responded to that department that you referred to but no response. This is a JOKE.

There is no check there is no payment. Story after story after story, This is a Total SCAM and no winnings at all. I think they are all liars and I will not receive anything. If I don't receive this check by MONDAY of next week I am going to contact my bank that the many, many charges on my credit card are a fraud. So SOMEONE better look into this.

I am sick of all the lies. They keep telling me it is with the THIRD party processor. Who is that. What is their number. Why doesn't someone call them and find out where my money is????? I get the same lie every time. It is now 32 DAYS and NOTHIN­G!!­!!!­!!!­!!!­!!!­!!!­!!!­!!!­!!!!!
