PKR Casino - Refuses to pay out since August

Please Help me ! I`m out of options, since August PKR is not paying out my winnings, I submitted countless emails, was many times in live chat and was always told that the money has been sent, a few days ago PKR told me that there was an error by sending the money on my account via e-check, so I decided to withdrawal via cheque in the mail. PKR told me after that they no longer offer this service to send cheques in the mail although its offered in the withdrawal options. 2 years ago PKR already `lost` a withdrawal that I made ($100), I never received that money. PKR does not want to tell me the reason why the don`t send my withdrawals. What should I do ? Contacting them is totally fruitless. thank you very much

Based on player's statement to AskGamblers Support team via live chat, that her winnings was reversed and lost we don't have no other option, but to reject the case as the main complaints subject is no longer valid.
