Cirrus Casino - Pending withdrawal request taking too long

This is a copy of my most recent chat with Cirrus and a copy of when I put in withdrawal request ,
according to the casinos terms and conditions withdrawal requests will be approved within 10 to 15 business days it has now been 20 business days and the answer to my chats is always the same as the chat I added below

sharks1068: I have had a withdrawal request in since 8/12 and have been patiently waiting for it to be approved can you give me an update

Alexis: I have escalated the delay to the manager since it still hasn't been approved yet. He's going to inform withdrawals and they will send you an email once it has been approved.

Your payment was approved on September 9th, however please note that your payments can take up to 10 business days for our processor to issue the check. An email will be sent to you as soon as the tracking is available, which I would expect, this week.

I thought this was closed, yes Cirrus sent me tracking info funds should be delivered tomorrow
