Casino Cruise - Pending withdrawal for 5 days

withdrawals pending now for 5 days, account has been verified with ID documents etc,
emailed them on the 15th asking them to action my withdrawal and like other players again they have technical difficulties so in their words "we cant do there job properly".
Like other players this is the worst I have experienced from any casino
