I joined Bitcoin Penguin on 9/09/2016 and made 0.2 bitcoin and tried cashing it out.
They sent me a confirmation email and I accepted. It is pending for 3 days now and I have sent email and their response
was" Dear Seung . due to the temporal technical problems, your withdrawal cannot be processed. We are working on it now and doing or best to fix it and process your withdrawal ASAP. We are really sorry for that, and want to thank you for your patience and understanding.

What I do not understand is how can they not fix the system issue for 3 days . Almost every Bitcoin cashout was processed instantly at the other casinos.

Our apologies, there seems to have been a bug affecting the cashout system during the past few days. It's a technical issue, our wallets are loaded but when we process payments, the money hasn't been getting sent. We only discovered this issue earlier today and are now working on a solution. Apologies to everyone affected. Every cash out will be processed once the issue is solved and in addition everyone affected will receive free credit as an apology for the delay.
