24Bettle Casino - Payout will not be credited due to unjustified accusations

Hello

I have made a deposit of 240 euros on 24bettle casino and had to take part of their 100% welcome bonus. I wager the bonus according to their terms and conditions and I won 6500 euros :) according to their condition could only take out 5,000 euros a month, so I did it. I still had 1500 euros that I played for and won additional 2300 euros. (Total 3800 Euro) When I would take out my profits so they said to me that I have to wait a month because I had already taken out the maximum amount. Once it had been a month so I got an email that it stood that my payment has been denied. I quote below the email.

"Dear Marcus,

Your account has been closed, as conclusion to our investigation which brought to surface the fact that you have been in collusion with other players, thus the remaining of your payout will not be credited.

We have taken the necessary steps for the above as stated in our terms:

10.6.g "g. If, while using a promotional offer, a Player utilizes a gambling and betting pattern (e.g. Player uses an even bet pattern while betting on roulette games), uses robots or other devices that distort the normal game or if Player participates in player collusion (i.e. Before any withdrawals are processed, the User’s play will be reviewed for any irregular or unusual playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play for bonus play-through requirement purposes include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the User’s total balance (including any given bonus) until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Should 24Bettle deem that irregular game play has occurred, we reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses);"

After several e-mail to their support that is not the case, then I submit responses but only the email above. hope you can help me with this case. I have seen this on askgamblers.com that there are more people who suffered the same response from 24bettle.

I see that I expressed myself a little unclear, I got my 5,000 euros paid. It was when I would get my 3,800 euros paid one month later I got the mail and that they froze my account.

And no, I have not heard anything from 24bettle :(
