Payout Problems with Rushmore Casino
A payout of $1000.00 was authorized on 7/9. It is supposed to take 10-14 business days to process and the payout is supposed to go back to one of my credit cards they have on file. I have contacted the casino in the last few days via live chat to ask what the status is...it appears I am getting the "run-around," in terms of when they will actually send this payout. I speak to a VIP rep, Mr. Thomas who tells me it is within the withdrawls department, but now he can't get in touch with them and they keep putting me of day by day.
I have spoken with the withdrawals department at Rushmore. Your withdrawal has been approved and is going out with the next batch. I believe you have recently had another withdrawal approved and that one is schedule to go out on time.

I did receive a phone call from Thomas explaining that the payout was in progress. I also received the following email from Tara:

So far I still do not have the first withdrawl for $1000.00 or the second one for $2000.00. I am still hopeful for their excellent customer service and that they will follow through with sending me my winnings.
