Payout problems with Rushmore Casino

After attempting the nice guy route with cordial emails I have come to the conclusion that it's time for a formal complaint against Rushmore. On April 9th my withdrawal for $2000 was approved and since then I have not received the money. Over a month. I have been in communication with the "withdrawal manager" Tara but the email responses seem canned. On 4/25 I was told they were waiting on the processor to notify them of when the funds would be sent. Fast forward 11 days to 5/7 and I still had nothing. I emailed again and received a canned response indicating my payout was "in the next batch". They have no issue taking my money but can't seem to follow through when someone wins...

I have never had these types of issues with Rushmore but after reading about others issues I am honestly wondering if I will receive my money at this point. Help!

posted on May 19, 2013. May 19th I received an email from Tara stating my withdrawal had been sent to my card and I should receive it in 3-5 days. I will update again once I see the money.
