Party Casino - Payout delaying 2 months

On 20-03-2014 i won an amount of 420 euro at partycasino.. i requested a payout by bank widrawl ( wich i did 10 times before and always succeed...) After my request it took around 9 days for an aprovval normaly it is max 4 days with lots of chats with the support team it finally got aprovved and so i am waiting for the money after 1 week or so i still didint revieve anything ... So i started chatting with the support team again they said to wait 10 more bussiness days , 10 days later still nothing on my bank so i started to chat again and they told me my bank 'REJECTED THE FUNDS' so i called my bank and they did not know anything about it, finally the amount was credited back into my acount

i requested another payout on 15th april assuming it goes well this time , my widrawl got aprovved right away and so i was hopefull for a succes this time and i again i waited few days nothing on my bank contacted support and they requested me another 10 days wich i waited for again after the 10 days still nothing , support requested me to send a bank statement from the going date 15 april to 30 april, i sended the statement and now on 19 MAY still waiting for an solution from partycasino.com all they saying is lame excusses and standard procedurres i am waiting 2 months for this money now i asked them to refund the money to my acount for a netteller cashout ...

On behalf of Party Casino I would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused!

Let me inform you that I checked your complaint and I can see that the two payments you are referring to ( one for 410 EUR and one for 420 EUR) were both returned to your account with us since your bank declined to accept them.

You requested a proof issued by the bank and we supplied such on 10th of June 2014. Indeed it took a couple of weeks; however, when third-party institutions are involved delays may occur.

Despite of the delay, we sent you an official proof such as you requested; therefore, I would like to ask you to confirm that the information I provided is correct so we can have this case closed.
