Prism Casino - Payout delayed

On 3/29/2015 placed Wire Transfer Withdrawal Request for ($2,685.00). On 4/8/2015 Wire Transfer Withdrawal was Approved but split in half ($1,293.00). On 4/8/2015 requested Wire Transfer Withdrawal for remainder of my winnings ($1,292.00). On 4/15/2015 my Wire Transfer Withdrawal was Approved ($1,292.00). Prism payout rules state: 'Your payment will be made within 10 business days after approval, Express or Standard.' I have not received any of my withdrawals and requesting that both of my withdrawals be combined and sent in one payment as there has been a delay and i have not received any of my payouts.

Was recommended to Prism Casino, by online chat forum. I was told Prism is one of the best casinos online. I am waiting for reply back from Prism , thank you

I’ve checked into this and indeed, both payments were merged into one. The payment in the amount of $2545 ($2685, less the $100 for the coupon and $40 for processing) was due to hit your bank account yesterday (4/29).

I believe one of our managers may have emailed you with the confirmation, but just to be certain, I’ll email the swift confirmation information, as well.

Thank you Tawni, I appreciate your fast response and great customer service. I did receive an email pertaining to such from one of your associates. The wire has not hit my account as of yet, i will post on Askgamblers when funds hit account. Thank you for your help...

Tawni, today is Monday, May 04, 2015, and payment has not hit my account yet. If you can check on this for me. I will check periodically throughout the day today, to see if payment posts. And notify the results on AskGamblers.

received email from escalations manager , i resent her my banking info., and she is looking into matter. I believe there was some sort of miscommunication. Prism reps, have been providing excellent customer service. However, have not received winnings yet, so case still unresolved, I will post back on Askgamblers when payment hits my account. Thank you Prism for great customer service, and Askgamblers for wonderful website. I will post back on Askgamblers when payment hits my account.
