Planet 7 Casino - Payments not received since January

I've have a few approved withdrawals from January that have not been received. On February 13 I received follow-up stating
"Hello Joseph!

I wanted to give you a quick update on your following payments. I have escalated the requests approved on the 11th and 15th to be paid for a full amount of $1095. This should come out on the next batch of payments sent to the processor. "

It is now March 10 and I've sent further emails since I've heard no new information but these have had no responses. Hoping someone at Planet 7 could address this as these aren't the only withdrawals from them that I'm waiting on.

I was contacted by a Planet 7 representative with updated information. For now I'd consider this resolved unless the payments are not delivered in the next few weeks.
