Dreams Casino - Payments not being received as advertised

I am having issues getting Dreams Casino to payout winnings from 7/5/16 and 7/21/16. MY VIP Manager has been promising payment since 7/21/16 and now last week they used their famous "Updated authorization forms " need to be sent in. I hate having to bring this to light as Dreams has always paid out but over the last year they continue to delay and slow pay and keep getting worse and worse and I fear sooner or later they are gonna stop paying. Please forward this to Dreams I have around 10K owed to me from this site. This site markets fast payouts and 10-15 day approval, I am 6 weeks past due on the first approval.

Dreams paid out $5215 on 8/31/16, so I am surprised they didn't reply so they could take credit. They still owe me money but nothing in Dreams is overdue. Please consider this complaint closed. Thanks for the aide, as I believe you contacting Dreams forced them to act and payout.
