Karamba Casino - Payment withheld over verification issues

Hi, I joined Karamba a number of days ago and deposited a number of times. I won some money and made two withdrawals (€390&€110). Was told 48hours to process. I received an email saying that they have received my documents and all they need was a picture of the card I used to deposit my funds, I sent this on (the email was sent at 3pm). I checked my withdrawals and they were still pending after the 48 hours, I went on to live chat and they told me that at 6pm (3 hours after I received the email) that my bank statement with Iban/Bic on it was declined and they couldn't say why. How can they tell me that the documents are fine and they just need the picture of my card? I have tried the chat and asked can I contact this department directly to sort it out but I have been told it's against regulations to do this. I have the emails and screen shots of the conversations on line. I just want to know when my winnings will be released! How can I continue to deposit and play on this site if the cannot be clear with me. Plus I emailed the person back who emailed for the picture of the card straight after I got the email saying picture was uploaded and he never said there was a problem with the bank statement. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter as it is quite frustrating.
