Captain Jack Casino - Payment seriously delayed

I put in for a withdrawal of $1500 on sept 10 and was told by robyn that I would have my money in 9 to 10 days. On Sept 27th I sent her a email to let her know that I still have not received anything yet and was told that they had a lot of withdrawals in the month of august, but to rest assure that I will be getting my withdrawal within a week. It is now oct 10 and I am not able to reach anyone by phone, it just keeps hanging up. I want to know where my money is and when am I going to get it. I spend a lot of money at this casino, but if this is the way they do business I won't be coming back

I still have not recieved anything, I did chat with someone who said that they have to send it to escalations again. This is the 2nd time, I will keep you posted. All I want is my money

Hi LScott--

First, I must apologize for the delays, but also for my very slow reply. Unfortunately, I've been traveling for work and I'm now just trying to get caught up while still on the road.

I've looked at your issue and I do see that the payment went off to processing and I believe that the tracking should be in on this. Unfortunately, being away, I only have access to certain information and this does not include tracking. I will speak with my colleague in the morning to check on the tracking and I'll be back as soon as I have that information.

Again, I truly apologize for all this.
