I've still not received my $200 withdrawal since 25/08/2016. I received a cheque on 21/09/2016, deposited it on the 22nd of Sept 2016 and it bounced on 22/09/2016.

I've contacted the casino support team and no one seems to do anything about it.

I've been able to withdraw by neteller now but it is still pending. So I guess I'll just have to wait whether it will come through or not.
