Planet 7 Casino - Payment way overdue

I have used Planet7 for a while now and it is a good casino but what really upsets me is my first withdrawal some time ago took way longer then their website states. I was assured then it was because it was my first withdrawal and that future withdrawals would go much faster.

On July 11th I submitted another withdrawal for $2,500, the withdrawal was approved on the 14th of July for $2295.00 and as of August 14th I still have not received payment and repeatedly get no definitive answers (about when the payment will arrive) when I inquire on chat or call. Last time I spoke with them on the 9th of August they assured me I would have a tracking number by Friday, August 12th for the payment and I have not heard from them and still have no tracking number or payment.

Hi Michael--

I've taken a look at your account and I do see that the payment has already been sent off to be processed. I would expect to see tracking on this early next week (more than likely, it will be in sooner). Generally, players receive the payment the day after tracking comes through (sometimes the same day). Once I receive your tracking, I'll be back to update this thread.
