I decide to stop to play on this casino and then I becomes non active player.
I request on 11/12/15 the withdraw of my remaining balance and I receive the answer that according to Terms and Conditions I will be paied after 18 working days after my last payment which is on 13/12/15.

We are 01/02/2016 and not yet received the expected money.

Last friday (29/01/2016) I discover that my account have been closed by them.
