I hope this message will reach to all VIP managers at Royal Ace Casino hope you guys will improve your customer service , not just promises... I am still waiting for my money $1840..C'mon its been 40 days ...its been escalated few times.It shows you cant keep your promises. Dont forget without your customer your online casinos are dead so learn to value and respect your customers. Please send the payment asap!

Hi Askgamblers,


I just called and spoke to the VIP manager he said it was only 6 days since it was approved and its not late with their time frame. I had this money requested Feb.5 ......submitted all my documents they asked however got denied on Feb.18 .I resubmitted the same photos of documents on March 19 and finally got approved on March 4? They dont even update you unless you called them. It seems like they just want you to forget about it...And they have the gutts to tell me they're not late yet.

I just had a chat with our Finance Manager and from what I understand, you'll be receiving your payment Friday or Monday at the latest. ;-)
