Prism Casino - Payment not received, No response from the casino

On March 6th. I requested withdraw from prison casino all documentation was verified and on March 31 I was approved and was told that I would be receiving the check in 10 to 14 business days. I have still not received any response with confirmation that that payment has been sent and every time I contact customer service I'm either told to contact live chat Or told through live chat to contact the withdrawal department

I'm terribly sorry for the delay on your payment.

I can see that the payment has indeed already been sent and I am just waiting on the tracking. I would expect to see the tracking tomorrow or Tuesday, with the payment arriving the following day or two after that.

I'll be sure to post as soon as the tracking reaches my desk.
