Cleos Vip Room - Payment not received after multiple assurances by Casino

I am owed $9600.00 by cleos vip. I submitted docs and they were approved on Nov 15. 2015. On Nov 27, Cleos offered me the option of a Bank wire which i agreed to and submitted my bank info that day. They said a payment of 2,000 was processed that day and would take 2 business days. I thought that was strange being a bank wire is usually instantaneous. I followed up with 'cleos all the next week, and was promised the trasaction would be completed by Friday, 'Dec 4. I contact cleos on Friday and after long delay was told that the payment will be processed next week. Something else the Rep said struck me as odd, I was told that I was very lucky, as in too lucky. I wasn't being congratulated, I felt as if I was being accused of something. I am very concerned that I will be among the many who have been cheated out of thier winnings by Cleos. It will be pleasure for me to retract this complaint and boast about Cleosvip's legitimacy and credibility upon receipt of winnings. Until then I can only wait and hope they do whats right and pay me.

Client's payment is currently being reviewed by our Processing department due to hints of unusual account activity. Communication is being held with client in order to clarify this issue.

No legitimate winnings have ever been denied to our clients. If needed, documentation can be provided to Askgamblers' team to back our Processing department's decision.
