Super Casino - Payment not processed

Hello,

Recently, I was able to wage the no deposit bonus at Supercasino. They ask me to deposit 10$ to get my winning, i deposit 20$ i tought i had to play so i wanted to deposit enought to get the deposit bonus. They requested a withdraw on monday. I told on monday 5th of july that there finance team have requested a total of CAD126.62 withdrawals for my account and that i would receive an email once the payment has been processed. Still they are saying they have no updates from there finance departement. I should be able to get at least 20$ that is the amount i deposit to get my winnings.

This morning, i received an email asking me to send the details of my bank account for them to do a bank transfer since they could not process the funds through Instadebit. All week since tuesday the 5th of july i ask for informations about the process and i had nothing except that they would revert to me as soon as they have the information from finance departement. This mprning i've sent my bank info and wrote them back to know about the delay...but again silence

As you may be aware, more and more payment companies are blocking payments for online gambling in Canada, which makes it more difficult for customers to deposit and withdraw. We have received your bank details but we need your IBAN (International Bank Account Number), not your account number and sort code since it is an international transfer. I was able to get 20$, easy i ask them if i could play. I am not happy with this decision since the games just keep on freezing. Still i am waiting for the 106$. this issus was again escalated to the finance departement yesterday the august 13 2016. It is never confirme but just escalated again and again. I should take an other week to get updated, that what it took when i gave my instadebit information.

Hello,

Update to my issue.

Supercasino finance team confirms that my withdrawal will be processed early next week. I would like to say that some casino, not only Supercasino chould be aware of what information it takes for the deposit/withdraw request. For exemple : In Canada if you want to withdraw in you customer bank account, you will need the swift/bic, customer's financial institution number, transit number and account number. No IBAN it is not necessary, plus the bank don't provide us this number. It is good to work together!! :)

Hello,

Finally, my payment was in my instadebit account on the 19th of july 2016. After telling me 1 week after my deposit that they could not do it with instadebit. I had to provide my banking informations. But it is done and i am happy anyway, it took time but they will have gave experience with this kind of issue.
