hi askgamblers, weeks ago in won 150 euro with a no deposit bonus, i send them documents for verification, after that theyve sent me and email saying that the documents where aproved, so i requested a cashout, but they still said that they have to call me as a verification procedure, more then 3 weeks gone they didnt call me, even thought i spoke to them on chat and they said they would call me.

The withdrawal will not be paid as the customer had claimed 6 consecutive free bonuses before winning and attempting to withdraw, which is in contravention of our terms and conditions, especiallly:
No player may redeem two non deposit bonuses consecutively. I.e. a player must make at least a $25 deposit in between claiming any non deposit offers.

First of all, i didnt took 6 consecutive free bonuses. Second of all, i send you documents, the team aproved it, said only have to call me to as a part of verification method and after that the money will be in my account. Now before you say this is not true, i would like you to send me proofs of the free bonuses you alleged to say that i took in a row, and after that i want the complete script of me talking to your staff.

This complaint is resolved. Casino admit that they made a mistake regarding multiple no deposit bonuses, and they paid player's winnings.
