Made a withdrawal of just under £400 over a week ago. Payment is still listed as pending.

Previous withdrawals were always processed within 1 or 2 days.

Account has been previously verified in the past with KYC documents provided.

Live chat seem to be going through a standard list of responses regarding the delay and none seem to be helpful. No-one answering when phoning them.

I have already sent an email to [email protected] but have only had an acknowledgement e-mail and no response yet. Seems like more waiting. Why is it taking so long to respond and to sort this out?
