I requested a withdrawel for 755$ mid may. It has been about a month. I was told 7 days and there would be a tracking number. After repeated emails with no response with information. I am filing a complaint.

I'm so sorry for the delays and I absolutely understand your frustration with this.

I've checked your account and I do see that your payment has been sent off. I would expect to see the tracking in the next day or so (generally payments are delivered the day after I receive tracking).

As soon as your tracking comes in, I'll come back and update you.

I just checked on your tracking and it's not yet in, but I'm quite certain if it does not come in later this afternoon, it should be here by Monday.
