My compianit coolcatcasino.com is giving me the run around about paying me the money I won at the casino $1084.00. I can not get a bank wire and it is taking two long to sent me a check. I was it was app. For me to get this on May 17, 2016 but was not sent to coolcatcasino bank to be sent to me. I have try to email them and phone them and I can not get a good answer from them. My email is [email protected] . My useder name at Coolcat is leroyhal is it any way you can help in matter. I do see Coolcat is on the blacklist. I do not like to submit compianits but this time I thank I am jest. Thank you for your time. Leroy ****

Hi Leroy--

I'm so sorry for the delays and I absolutely understand your frustration with this.

I've checked your account and I do see that your payment has been sent off. I would expect to see the tracking in the next day or so (generally payments are delivered the day after I receive tracking).

As soon as your tracking comes in, I'll come back and update you.

I just checked on your tracking and it's not yet in, but I'm quite certain if it does not come in later this afternoon, it should be here by Monday.
