Lucky247 Casino - Payment issue

I had a winning in 23-Oct-2014 a cash out of 3340.9 request by bank wire but it been a while i still haven't receive my payment .Live Support told my it been process but i check my bank nothing receive by them at all. But i have proof by an email from them before that they do have some issue of my payment as they told me they will follow up but all the time they do is just to give me excuse to delay my payment. Live support aren't help me as i keep getting 2 answer from them.
