Tropicana Gold Casino - Payment Issue For Only $131

In June I had received an no deposit bonus from Tropicana Gold Casino. I was able to meet the cash out requirements. I sent them all of the required documents and had the phone call verification. I put in for the $131.00 withdrawal on 06/27/2014. I kept monitoring the My Reports tab in the casino to check the status. It has pending. The check is suppose to be delivered via courier. I sent several emails to the support staff and they said that they were working on it. The transaction number for the withdrawal is 23767807. I finally received an e-mail on 8/21/2014 saying that the withdrawal had been approved. That was the last I had heard anything about this withdrawal.

I received an email from Tropicana Gold Casino Support on Sept 15th. The email said they are suppose to coordinate with their payment provider. So far there is no resolution to this complaint.

I just checked my account under the withdrawal tab and had seen the withdrawal is still pending. Next week it will be 3 months since I made the initial withdrawal request.

We got an email from the submitter that this complaint is resolved.
