Captain Jack Casino - Payments are being delayed again

I have two approved withdrawals,one is for $165 approved 10/14/16 and the other for $185 approved on 10/22/16. I was told for both of them its been escalated and you will receive your money soon. The amount is small i lost thousands here but when you win its taking to long to cash out i hate being told i will receive it but nothing. Im tired of asking their live chat.
