I won almost 800 euros in 23th of October but I did not receive my money! I used Neteller and in the past Europlay Casino paid two my winnings, but only after 15 days. This time I am worried, also because the casino does not answer to my emails and has disconneted the chat! It seems they don't want to talk with me!

I'm waiting for a return about my payout. Can the casino inform me? Thanks

Yes, the payment was done.

I did not receive 789 euros of my winnings but only 500 euros. The casino said that the bonus I used, had a max cashout of ten times the deposit. I think this is strange because in the past I used the same bonus and my withdrawall was of 528 euros. And I always ask if there is a max cashout and I remember that the answer was "no max cashout" (I only accept bonus without max cashout). Unfortunately, I did not make the screenshot of the chat to prove it.

I think the casino should be more clear sending by email these details during the deposit, with terms and conditions for any specific bonus.

Really I don't understand. Can the casino explains to me e to the others players in this site which is the problem? I claimed the bonuses because I received your offers by email, with my ID account and with my name! (I had these email) or because your agent offered the promotions by chat. Before accepting, I always asked for all the terms and conditions of the promotion and if my account was able to use it. So I can't see any "misuse" of the bonus!

I think all the players want to know the answer of the casino.

As per our retention department, we seen misuse of bonus in your bets. That's why we are not able to accept deposit on your account.

Really? And when? I did not receive any email and the chat is locked. So for me it is impossible to communicate with you from some weeks.

But you can answer to me here (or by email) and explain these "specific details", because I am sure that Euro Play Casino does not use to block the account of good depositors without a clear explaination and only because they get some (little) winnings.
