Playamo Casino - Payment delayed for a week now

I made my first deposit 100Euro via credit card, took 100% welcome bonus, wagered it and was quite lucky to win a bit. Then I withdrew 850Euro. 5 days later I checked my account and there was no money. Again I went to Playamo casino and asked live support about my issue. They told me that I need to verify my account and asked me about ID, screenshots of my card and my utility bill. I sent everything they asked. and they told me that I have been verified successfully. Today is 6th day after sending the docs and I still don’t have my money. How long should I wait?

I am sorry that you had troubles with our casino!

It looks like you have missed our next email after you have sent documents, we was required to ask you some more info about your documents.

Luckily, this problem is resolved now, and all your winnings are paid. I am sorry that it is takes so long for you, but your account is fully verified now and you will not have any problems in future.

funny thing but I found playamo letter about selfie into the spam folder.
nevertheless my problem is resolved now.
