Planet 7 Casino - Payment delayed for almost 2 months

On April 7th, my withdrawal requests for $1000 and $665 were approved for payment, I have provided proof of this below. All of my required documents were submitted correctly. I was contacted by a representative and told payment would be sent in 2-3 weeks. I waited 3 weeks before contacting the casino again. After being given the run around for a week I finally got in touch with the person who is supposed to resolve these issues. Her name is Ally and she's from "casino support center". She keeps telling me "soon, soon". Enough is enough and I wanted to file a formal complaint. I have been patient, and there are no reasons why it should be delayed this long. It's been almost 2 months since it was approved!

I'm terribly sorry for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this.

I've had a look at your account and I do see the payments have been sent off to you. I would expect to see tracking on these before the end of the week and generally, the payments are delivered the day after we receive tracking.

I will be watching for the tracking and will reply back here a soon as I receive it.
