Pamper Casino - Payment delayed for over a month

On the 11th June, after wagering tottaly a bónus I redeemed, I won $735,38, which I requested to withdraw. On the 29th June, the casino declined my request by not wagering the bónus. After I told them they were cinfusing 2 bónus, they reaccept the request and ask for documents which I sent immediately.. Since then, in spite of some insisting emails from me, they didn't tell me anything more and it's gone more than 1 month. I hope you can help me, at least asking them about my situation.

This case has been reopened upon player's request because he informed us that the casino had made the payment, We consider this case as resolved and it is now officially closed.
