Planet 7 Casino - Payment delay, getting run around

Was approved for withdrawal on march 26 for 340$ and on may 21 for 755$ have had other withdrawals with this casino and they have always been slow . but this has been over 3 months ,had numerous discussion with live chat.they said to email withdrawal department.they dont return email.then they say its in escalations . Now thay say to email ally @ casino support .she too doesnt return emails.i would appreciate your help

I'm terribly sorry for the delays with this.

I've checked your account and I do see a payment went off to you this week. I would expect to see the tracking on this no later than Tuesday, with the payment being delivered the day after tracking is received.

As soon as I do receive the tracking, I'll return with an update.

Hi regepa--

First, I've received your tracking and I do see a payment is set to be delivered to you tomorrow (Tuesday) by noon.

The next payment is already in motion and I hope to have tracking on that before the end of the week. Of course I'll update this thread as soon as I have that tracking. ;-)

Thank you for working to resolve this issue.I like everything about playing at planet 7 except the way you have to wait for withdrawals and feel bad about doing it this way.i am having same issue at ringmaster I have same everything at that sight hoping u can help me there so I don't have to do same thing there once again thank you and I will consider this resolved
