won 2000, a month ago, signed up for wire transfer and have been back and forth with customer service, VIP, and withdrawal department. my payout was approved on june 7, sent to the processor on june 27. the answer now is they don't know when because of high payout. My experience is the most horrible customer service and organizations I have ever dealt with. I will keep you posted on what I find out every day.

Hi senaikifle--

I've had a look at your account and I do see that the wire was sent off on June 27th and on July 6th, we received confirmation that the wire was accepted by your bank.

Can you please check your bank statement to ensure you've not missed this?
