I won $3200 on the Bubble Bubble game. I withdrew $2500. They kicked out my withdrawal request and put it back in my account. I contacted customer support and they said it was because they had not received my paperwork. So I sent it in again, and requested the withdrawal a week later. That was November 19th. So, here I am waiting for my check to arrive. I finally contact them again and see what the problem is and they tell me again that my paperwork had not been received. So, I send it a second time. Now here it is January 20th, and I have gotten every excuse in the book. The withdrawal has been approved, just not sent. Just now, I'm on live chat and they tell me that because of more payouts in the last few months, everything is delayed. That is not my problem.

Hi candicane04,

I've looked into this and have found that your withdrawal was sent off to be processed, 1/21 in the amount of $1551.00 + $40 service fee.

I would expect tracking information within 7 - 8 business days, however, it's more than likely you'll receive payment before we receive the tracking.

I have been told the same thing, that the payment has been sent to the processor's. I am still waiting, and have not received any tracking information on the check. It is January 27th, and the very last day they are supposed to send the check is 7-8 business days. I talked to someone and asked them if the check would be sent out ABSOLUTELY no later than February 2nd, and he refused to answer the question. I asked him why that was so hard to answer and he said, "Because once it goes to the processor then we have no control over it." Still waiting, very frustrated. WILL NEVER play here again.
