Casino - Account closed and winnings voided with no reason explained

i open account on casino
after that i deposit 10euro, then they mail me about being vip, for became vip i must deposit 10 euro more and send verification documents. so i send neccecery documents except verification form,
i said "i will send it verification form another time," (i didnt send it first because i dont deposit via credit card ,i use ecopays and i dont have a scanner in my home)
so they did not verify my account. in this time i win some money about 50 euro on 02/02 /2016 and i requested withdraw. they decline and deposit my 50 box on my acount,
about 2 weeks after that i send verification form with other docs. together, in this time by the way i win about 50 euro more, my account was more than 120 euro, on 02/17/2016,
i requested withdraw 100 euro via ecopayz with%5 deduction.
today they send my deposited amount 20euro on my ecopayz account and close my account. now i m not allowed for login to my account. i try to contact them about this issue but they do not choosing answer , they did not inform me before close my account, and blocked my 100 euro.
i want my money which i won , and i want business again

i m traying to learn why i didnt pass verification stage
and if i would know cant pass verification ,before open accaunt
i wouldnt spend so much time and work for win my 100 euro in my closed account
who will give me explanation for this money,,

this is not the firs time casino like yours stealing my money
