I processed a request for a payment from my wins upon which I was approved and the methods of payment are wire method via western union or money gram. Or bank ach transfer I provided my account and swift code information which they denied because it is considered a third party transfer method because the lead bank is chance but my under partied bank is ally qwhich they say breaks regulations. I said ok and requested payment via visa prepaid or wire method which had been offered before but instead I was just told then were sorry mam you need to get a regular abnk or we can not pay you. Its been 4 months I have been more than patient. They take my money very easily in many different methods and ways yet payment seems like a painful struggle. I would just like my winnings especially considering that after putting gracefully and trustingly hundreds of dollars into the casino that it be so unrooted and unfair with its people who put the money into it. Please help me I have all transcripts and chat logs as well

I'm so very sorry for the delays you've experienced with this.

Fortunately, it looks as if I'm a bit behind with this, as when I checked your account, I saw that your payment was already delivered yesterday (Tuesday). ;-)
