Atlantis Gold Casino - Payment approved but not paid

My payment was approved 13 days ago now but can not find out anything about it now. I ask on chat am told to e-mail accounts but get no answer from them. I have sent 7 e-mails and have not received an answer to any of them. They answered up to the point of saying I was approved and payment would be sent but after that no more answers.

Based on evidence that we received from casino management, we can confirm that player was fully paid. We consider this complaint resolved and officially closed.
