I have requested a payout since Sept 16 2016 got approved on Sept 22nd same day I was told I was unable toi use my bank due to swift code and my bank being a intermediate bank. There's nothing in their terms and conditions that state intermediate banks are not accepted. I have been emailing and sending emails with no luck with them answering back I have all emails saved and have a screen shot for all my payouts. Please help any help would be great thank you

Unfortunately, we are unable to send check payments to Hawaii. This leaves us two options: Bitcoin or wire transfer. If you can please let me know which you'd prefer, I can begin sorting things out for you, straight away.

And still to this very day no money deposited, no response back and on the verge of losing my home cause I was counting on this money to help me save my home! SMH I don't know what else to do please send what is due to me or if someone can help them mover a little quicker thank you!

In regards to swift codes us banks don't use swift codes. I bank with USAA military bank which has members all over the world that wire money all the time and to my surprise Planet 7 is the only company to date that has a issue sending money to USAA. I have a family member that is well knowledgeable when it comes to banking or wiring etc. if receiving a wire transfer internationally or wherever all the company needs is a routing and bank account information. I've noticed that they have been doing some homework online stating the bank must be able top process FEDACH and FEDWIRE. I am sorry but NO where on their TERMS and CONDITION does the words "INTERMEDIARY, FEDACH, and FED-WIRE" come up. I know for a fact if a company can take or withdrawal from some ones bank account I'm pretty sure they are able to reverse and deposit into my accounts!.

So planet & decided to make a list of banks they can't wire to so I know now they are trying not to send myu money. I KNOW FOR A FACT that planet 7 is able to do the transaction b ecuase they are fast to accept our payments with the card that is a USAA back card. PLEASE READ WHAT THEY HAVE SENT ME

This is leaving me no choice but to attach every single email I had made and received which will show a total breach on planet 7 TERMS AND CONDITIONS.I hope this can be solved before I make the decision to post all emails made and received

UPDATE. I received one payment of 2500 out of 16,300. The bonus code I used stated no minimum no maximum cash out and I just got 2500. To top it all off I was told again I couldn't use my bank account a military world wide bank account and that I had to open a bitcoin account which BTW planet 7 doesn't use now I have to find a way to convert this to cash so I can pay my home which I have 1 week to get it done or it will be up for auction. Messing with peoples lives especially those who struggle pay check to pay check is wrong. I myself took the chance to play and I won please pay what is due I would hate to post all the emails I received to date.

New update now planet 7 is saying that my payout wasn't approved but sent me 2500 bitcoins I'm confused I'm getting so sick and tired of their excuses to payout I'm trying to hold back but they are making it too easy for me not to publish every single email I have with them! @ASKGAMBLERS as of right now what I have been posting up is all they ever said with the last message couple of messages they stated that they sent 2500 first and then to let them know when I received it so they can send the rest but nothing and I have emailed them to let them know with zero response. the very last message I was told that my payout hasn't been approved and thats the reason why it hasn't came out but I was approved in Sept been paid 2500 and now just waiting once again.

I have until Friday Sept 28 2016 to somehow try and collect my unpayed payout so I can save my home! I was hoping to collect this payout before I would have to give up my ownership to my home leaving my two children my wife snd myself with no where to go. People take chances in life to make theirs better which I did and will do, while companies since as this are fast to collect and don't care about anything else! Your messing with people's lives please give what you owe it's not right for your company to do what your doing. If your not willing to fulfill or carry out with your terms and procedures then you shouldnt have started a business in the first place. Please send what you owe so we all can be okay and that in future your company won't be put at blast. This will be my last message next one will have all the emails from day 1 of all my messages to and from planet 7. It shouldn't have gone this far but when greed is in play and the taker just keeps on taking without any remorse of what their customers are going thorough then a company should be held liable and everyone should know how true a company really is by the way of physical evidence!

Planet 7 has paid me in full! It should've never gotten this far. If they are able to make a deposit as fast as they do they should do the same for their customers when requesting a payout! Thank you for this site and for ask gamblers I know I would never had gotten anything without your help thank you!
