Parasino Casino - Withdrawal being constantly declined without any explanation

I wanted to withdrawal Money from my Parasino Account. I have tried it 3 times, all has been cancelled.
The first withdrawal in January (29.01.2015) - was cancelled. Then i have sent my "Documents", without getting asked for and requested a new Withdrawal.
Few days later, no response to my Documents, but withdrawal was cancelled again.
Then (15.02.2015) i did a new withdrawal request of 261€ and i also reached someone at the Live-Chat after x-Tries, he told me, that they didn`t get any Documents, but i shall send """the Documents""" again, what i did - he confirmed, that the email arrived.
Last week, i contacted the Live-Chat again, cause there was 1. no response to my email with documents and 2. withdrawal was still pending.
He told me, that they will contact me, when they have processed my Verification.
Today (29.02.2015) i saw, that my Withdrawal has been cancelled again and certainly, no response to my Email (with Documents) - no explaination why my withdrawal was cancelled.

No response to any Email, to reach someone of them in Live-chat is like a lottery, they are cancelling withdrawals without any explanation. I can`t do more, than sending Documents and asking the Live-Chat-guys (if i get somebody), what is the Status again and again. But nothing has changed, unfortunately no reaction by them.
