Pamper Casino - Still awaiting payout

Hello.

Well its almost two months since I was lucky and won 1275 at Pamper Casino. I followed all T & C's, used the live chat and free phone number and was told I have done everything correctly. In the pre-approved email they thank me for being so patient and understanding, but...

I also have been waiting since the beginning of January from a sister casino Always Cool, I just don't seem to get anywhere with them, raised a complaint through this site and still nothing?

Please help.

I have heard nothing from Pamper Casino, a part from that I qualify for 1275 payment?

This complaint has been reopened due to the declared willingness on behalf of Pamper Casino management to do everything within their power to solve their old complaints. AskGamblers Complaints Team is reluctant to give these old cases one more chance for a successful resolution.
