Pamper Casino - No payout or response to my communications.

On Mar. 5th, my withdraw was approved for $950 via bank transfer. The communication from accounting at Pamper states that it may take up to 14 business days. That would put the date I would receive my withdraw at Mar. 26. On Mar. 23 and on Mar. 31, I sent messages asking about the status of the withdraw. There response had been dependably 3 business days. To this day, I have still not received a response. I would really like to know what the problem is, or post a complaint for others to see.

The response was requested for $975 via bank wire for a maximum fee of $100. Now they are telling me that they have refunded $500 via CC refund with $475 in fees. This is not the agreement we made, and I have not received the money yet.

This complaint has been reopened due to the declared willingness on behalf of Pamper Casino management to do everything within their power to solve their old complaints. AskGamblers Complaints Team is reluctant to give these old cases one more chance for a successful resolution.
