Pamper Casino - Live Bonus just disappeared in the middle of playing!

I was playing on this site with there bonus code for $10 free live play. My bonus was up to $230, and i had wagered almost $630 of the required $800, as i was playing i had noticed my rollover was not going up . So i went on live chat support to talk to "Edward" and he told me to click the red button that says transfer funds so i can update my account and just like that my bonus money was gone and he told me that his records show i lost it. So i had to fill out a ticket (CBW-211-74862) to talk to the pit boss to get the records for the live dealer records because he could not see it. Still no reply, I feel like something fishy is going on at this casino. My best advice is beware everyone they dont like winners winning for there money on this site!!

The records obtained from the software provider indicate that the player had $230 in bonus funds and had completed $280 in wagers. However, the bonus was not re-applied to the customer’s account due to an out-of-order API call on the part of the software provider.

Prior to this action, the player had $661 in playthrough completed. The additional $280 in wagers meant that the PT requirements have been met and this bonus should be considered as released. The max cashout on all freechips on Pamper is 1x the free chip amount (which in this case was $10) so we have credited $10 to his real-money, Live Games account.
