Pamper Casino is a rip-off

OK, so I've been playing at Pamper because the games are fun. Here's the catch, you have to deposit with a bonus, you can only win with the bonus, but before you play the bonus you have to lose your deposit first...that's right, the only way you can withdraw money that you win is if you throw your deposit away on purpose and then play with the bonus and meet the play through requirements. YOU CAN NOT WIN MONEY WITH YOUR DEPOSIT...IT MUST BE THROWN AWAY BEFORE YOU CAN TRY TO WIN MONEY YOU CAN WITHDRAW. Here is part of a chat I had with a Pamper Rep. :

00:07TheNewtMan: Let me lay this out for you...you have to make a deposit to get a bonus...you can only win money by meeting the playthrough with your bonus...only before you play with your bonus you have to lose your deposit first...so you have to throw your deposit money away on purpose so you can try to win with the bonus?

00:08Rod R.: Yes, that is correct

00:08TheNewtMan: that is messed up!

00:09TheNewtMan: it's funny how I lost with the huge 440 bonus and won with my little 20 deposit

00:10TheNewtMan: and you guys have seporate games for real money and bonus money

00:11Rod R.: I am sorry Mark, I understand you, I know the casino rules are kind of unique, yes we have separate games to play with cash and bonus money

So I have over $700 in my account that I won with my deposit and they are saying I can't withdraw it!

Oh, By the way...I'm sure I met whatever play through there was. My account was up over $1,700.00 at one time. I bet quite a lot with both my deposit and with the bonus.

They even advertised on their Homepage that I was a big winner...and then they told me I really lost. I have a screenshot of that too!

Hello,

Let me clarify some of this.

> only before you play with your bonus you have to lose your deposit first.

This is incorrect. You can play with your deposit or bonus at any time. The balances are separate. Yes, wagering requirements have to be met, Once they are met, the withdrawable amount of the bonus converts to real money and is added to whatever your real money balance is at the time.

If you happen to lose the bonus money before meeting the wagering requirements the balance of the wagering requirements can be met on the real money balance which is your situation right now. You can message Accounting directly to find out how far along you are at this point.

I hope that clarifies things. I apologize for the confusion.

That's not what I was told, I have several transcripts. I simple contacted customer support to see if I met my wagering requirements yet or to see how much more I had to play and they told me that because I lost my bonus first that I lost everything.

So I guess my next question is, how can I tell when I met my wagering requirements and I can start to withdraw?

Thanks you, Mark

You can close this complaint.

It would seem that I was just misinformed by casino personnel that should be trained better and the rules should be written more clearly.
