Pamper Casino - Incorrect deposit bonus email

I received an email from the pamper website. It said that I could deposit 20 and get a 950 flat bonus. I did and the bonus never went through. Live support said that the min was 25. I told Laura that the email I had right in front of me said 20. She told me to open a ticket and that she would put a flat bonus for 900 I did and I still have not received an email. I got an email this morning saying 1025 flat bonus min $ 20 deposit. I was going to make a deposit but asked just to make sure and sure enough she said min was 25. Extremely scary when they are sending out emails that are incorrect and when you have questions no one responds.I have the emails and the live chat email

This complaint has been reopened due to the declared willingness on behalf of Pamper Casino management to do everything within their power to solve their old complaints. AskGamblers Complaints Team is reluctant to give these old cases one more chance for a successful resolution.
