Pamper casino - Big bonus, little respect of player

I filed on 17 September, I paid 25 credits and I took the 3400 % bonus , which, according to their rules , provides a max cashout 1 time the bonus amount (25 + 3400% = 875 credits ) . I have reached the requirements , and , while I was playing , my balance was suddenly reduced to 235.90 credit . I do not remember exactly , but my budget was much higher (about 800 Euros ) .

They have no transaction history and I do not have a screen shoot , so I must be content (also because , if you ask them , do not respond ) .... But the problem is not just that .... on September 17 I sent my documents and I opened the ticket. I had 3 email:

September 19, 2013 Thank etc. . etc. ...... it takes 10/14 days for approval

September 25, 2013 Please provide us with your Neteller account

October 3, 2013 : We're pleased to inform you That your withdrawal request for $ 235.90 via Neteller has Already Been Has Been pre -approved and forwarded to processing. All first-time cashouts can take up tp 14 business days ( another 10/14 day ??) To be processed and approved.

Today, 10 October I have no news and not tell you anything in addition to their formal email.

I do not understand why these guys when they have to pay close any form of communication with the customer and, if they have the money , are very kind ....

Dear Player,

1. Your Neteller withdrawal has already been processed. Please check your Neteller account.

2. The reason why your balance was reduced from $845.90 to $195.90 was because your bonus was sticky (non-withdrawable) and therefore the system removed the $650 bonus you got from your balance when you completed the WR.
