Palace of chance won't pay random jackpot
I was given a free no deposit $100 chip to play in the casino. I was playing Mystic Dragon and won the random jackpot of over $5300. I contacted the casino and was told the winnings were not valid as i had not deposited before using the chip. i am a depositing player there, but used several free no deposit chips that were sent to me in the mail. (email) They told me that if i deposited right then and there, they would give me a nice deposit bonus and maybe my luck would continue. i am wondering if there is anyone i could talk to, to find out if this is fair and standard practice for online casinos. I am very new to this and feel cheated. Any help that you or anyone can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for listening.

I have since sent in a complaint at the Real Time Gaming Central Disputes System. I am new to this, so I don't really know if all the rules were followed or not, I do know that I did hit the random jackpot of over $5300, while playing Mystic Dragon, with a free ($100) no deposit chip from the casino. And that I was a depositing player there. I appreciate any and all assistance with this issue.

We are truly sorry. The transaction for the amount of $5,314 was denied due to abuse of the freechip program.
As per casino rules and regulations: **Multiple free chip redemptions in a row will result in a voiding of all winnings**.
The freechips offered by the casino are to be redeemed between deposits only; so far no deposit was found in the account.
The balance was reset to $0, so you can make a deposit and start all over again. (You can apply a bonus over the deposit amount; you can contact our customer support for more information).

Thank you "AskGamblers" for your help. As i stated before, i am very new at this. i think i started playing slots online in early nov. or later. So i was not aware of the multiple free chips rule. I have since learned a lot about online gaming since i first started. And, yes i had used multiple chips that were sent to me thru email. (i thought they were valid) i would like to state that they are wrong about me not being a depositing member, because they were one of the first casino's that i had deposited with along with online vegas casino. so, suffice it to say...i now know better and will not be accepting free chips without depositing anywhere else. and i will be more careful where i decide to deposit from now on. again, thank you so much for your assistance.
