Palace of Chance withdrawal pending
i have had a withdrawal sitting in my account for 8 days waiting to be processed and nothing is being done, all docs have been submitted correctly and they wont respond to my emails.

Due to inactivity of complaint's author, we are closing this case as solved. There is no need for adding the negative points to the casino, because of the closed complaint. Also, the author's responsibility is to inform us here about the epilogue of his issue.
